Have you been searching for the perfect plan to be your dream home but have been unsuccessful? 

We understand how difficult it is to find a plan with the right combination of architectural styling, spacious living areas and the square footage required to fulfill your room requirements.  The search for just the right plan becomes even harder when looking for a plan that will take advantage of the views from your property and has a footprint in keeping with the topography associated with your location.

The best solution may be to have Stephen Fuller create a Custom Home especially for you. Stephen has worked with homeowners for over twenty years to create unique, one of a kind, home designs that become the fulfillment of their dreams and he would like to work with you to help bring your dream home to life!

The First Step - Conceptual Custom Home Plan Design

The complete Custom Home design and document package needed for construction includes several elements.  Among these are a site plan, detailed construction documents, interior design elevations and building material specifications. 

A Conceptual Plan is the first step in the Custom Home design process. The creation of a Conceptual Plan provides you with the opportunity to visualize your home from Stephen’s concept drawings without the delay or cost of preparing any other construction documents. 

You have probably been clipping magazine articles and saving photos that are part of your dream portfolio.  Receiving this information from you will help us fully understand your hopes and dreams so we can interpret your ideas into an architectural elevation and floor plan just for you.

How it works: 
1. One of our Custom Home Design consultants will assist you in filling out a simple questionnaire establishing the basic criteria we need to know such as the architectural style you prefer, square footage, number of bedrooms, location of rooms, outdoor living spaces, etc.. Together we will help finalize the information needed for Stephen to design your concept plan. 

2. We will create a preliminary design-drawing package that consists of an architecturally styled front elevation and dimensioned floor plan.  We will forward these preliminary drawings to you for your review and comments.  One of our trained assistants will follow-up with you to discuss any changes you would like to make.

3. After these adjustments are completed we will return a final draft of your concept plan for approval. 

4. Your approval will authorize us to have one of our graphic specialist create an elegant
11”x 17” presentation folder that includes a colored rendering of the front elevation and floor plan of your Stephen Fuller designed Custom Home Concept Plan.
