When you have reached a place in life where you are ready to live life to the fullest and you are looking for a home that will fulfill your life’s dream then one of our Estate Homes is the right choice.

Our Estate Homes are designed to work on larger scale sites such as country club communities or independent large acreage properties.

Stephen’s inspiration for the architectural styling of our estate homes is drawn from the timeless beauty of the older vintage homes of a past but grand era. We have designs in an array of styles from English Manor, Georgian or Antebellum styles to name only a few. In each case, our homes are designed to leave lasting impressions on all who visit.

Our Estate Homes feature large entry Halls, focal point staircase treatments, Great Rooms, Libraries, and a large-scale professional style gourmet Kitchen designed to service your entertaining with family and other guests.

We put special emphasis on children’s areas, baths, walk-in closets, recreational and playroom spaces. Our lower level plans are ideal for wine cellars, media rooms, guest suites and exercise areas.

Our Estate Home Plans include a large scale master suite that features a sitting area, spacious bath, large whirlpool bath, separate vanities, focal point showers, personal walk-in closets and built-in his and her cabinetry.

The interiors of our Estate Homes all include special attention to millwork and classic architectural details such as signature staircases, paneled rooms, coffered ceilings, and rich cabinetry.

Estate living includes an array of automobiles, and recreational storage. Therefore, our designs all include three or more car garages, storage spaces and private motor courts.
