All STEPHEN FULLER Inc., American Home Gallery plans are protected under copyright laws.  The plans are licensed only to you, the user of The Plans.  In return for payment of a one-time fee, Stephen Fuller, American Home Gallery grants you a limited license to use The Plans.  You may use The Plans for construction of one single home depicted by The Plans. 

You may not make copies of any part of The Plans, for any purpose. You may change or modify The Plans, but all changes must be made on The Plans documents received.  You accept full responsibility for the accuracy and integrity of any changes or modifications to The Plans.  You may loan all or any part of The Plans to third parties including associates, contractors, and sub-contractors, but only as is necessary to assist you in the construction of the home or other building depicted by The Plans. 
 
STEPHEN FULLER Inc. retains copyright interest and ownership of The Plans, and any changes or modifications made to The Plans.  Your payment of a fee for use of The Plans does not transfer any right, title or interest in The Plans except as provided in the STEPHEN FULLER Inc. License Agreement.  This license may not be transferred to third parties.

Stephen Fuller, American Home Gallery will accommodate customers who wish to use the design depicted in The Plans for construction of more than a single house.  After the initial Plan is purchased, customers may obtain additional construction licenses of the same design by paying $500.00 per Plan for each subsequent home constructed. STEPHEN FULLER Inc., American Home Gallery will also accommodate customers who have special needs for more copies of The Plans than are provided in this package. All inquiries should be directed to, 678-775-4663, or [email protected].
